Art By Martin Stone - Chasing Escher
This piece was drawn by Chicagoland artist Martin Stone
48 Years old. Grew up on the south side of Chicago, so he knows the difference between ‘deep dish’ and ‘stuffed’ pizza. Currently lives in Tinley Park with his wife and two children.
Never one to capture the landscapes or replicate photographic images, M. Arthur’s focus has always been to simply take the most basic of materials, ink and paper, and create something that catches your eye and holds it for a little while.
“Meditations in Ink” represent what he hopes to be a long line of pieces meant to be provoking and meditative for both artist and admirer.
